Are you passionate about the outdoors? Do you live for weekends on the
trail? We want you on our team.
We’re a locally owned and operated outdoor gear shop looking for
enthusiastic, knowledgeable people to join us for the summer season.
We’re a small store with a close-knit crew — the kind of place where
everyone knows each other by name, pitches in, and genuinely loves what
they do.
What You’ll Do:
 Help customers find the right gear for their adventures.
 Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop floor.
 Share your firsthand knowledge and passion for the outdoors.
 Support day-to-day store operations as part of a tight team.

Position Requirements

English Fluency Level required for position

Intermediate

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
 A love of the outdoors — hiking, camping, paddling, climbing, cycling,
or anything in between
 Friendly, approachable personality with strong customer service skills
 Reliable, hardworking, and a true team player
 Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the
right person.
