Job Overview

Oversee stocking and merchandising of souvenirs, clothing
Work closely with the manager to maintain inventory levels
Become familiar with the POS system particularly back office functions such automatic purchase orders inter location transfer of inventory,
Monitor security in the retail environment carry out cycle inventories as per Pursuit SOP
Uphold our high standards of merchandising and display
Delegate merchandising and stocking duties as required
Ensure service is friendly, courteous, and professional
Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, the responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out forms as required
Keep the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized - Communicate with co-workers and management, forward observations and comments in a timely fashion
Apply cross selling merchandising techniques to maximize the sales potential of the outlet
Collect feedback forms from customers, facilitating efficient inventory management and movement
Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
Other duties as assigned

1-3 years of leadership and training experience
Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
Previous experience with back office systems

Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated
Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
