Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at Montana's Jasper. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation

Qualifications:
