Candidates can work from 8 am - 12 noon or 4 pm - 8 pm. But always flexible with hours. 

This is a seasonal job and contract will end mid September with a chance of renewal in winter

As a Reservation Agent for our outdoor company, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking to book memorable outdoor experiences. You will assist customers in reserving guided tours, outdoor gear rentals, and other adventure activities. Your responsibilities will include providing detailed information about our offerings, ensuring accuracy in booking details, and coordinating logistics to enhance our customers' outdoor adventures. Excellent communication skills, a passion for outdoor activities, and a commitment to exceptional customer service are key qualities we seek in this role.

Job Requirements

*Proficiency in computer systems and booking software.

* Cash Handling 

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in an outdoor or adventure-related setting is an asset

* Interest in any water sport; Fishing or paddling or is an asset

* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
