About Us:
We are a small, tight-knit construction crew specializing in Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction, including footings, frost walls, and full residential builds. Currently a team of three, we take pride in working hard, supporting each other, and maintaining a positive work environment.
We are working in Jasper to support rebuilding efforts following the 2024 wildfire, which impacted over 350 homes. This is a unique opportunity to be part of meaningful work that directly contributes to restoring a community.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Construction Labourer to join our crew for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for someone with basic construction experience who is eager to learn and be part of a hardworking, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with ICF installation ( footings, frost walls, and full bilds )
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Support team members with general labour tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and site protocols
