Job Overview

This is a hands-on baking role in a mountain town where quality, consistency, and teamwork matter.

As a Baker's Assistant, you play a role in delivering the baked goods our community and visitors come back for. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality baking with care and precision, while helping keep the kitchen running smoothly, efficiently, and within budget.

This role suits someone who likes early mornings, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys being part of a supportive kitchen team. You’ll work closely with management, Front of House, and fellow bakers to create food that looks great, tastes great, and shows up on time.

You’ll report to the Baker and you’ll be trusted to take ownership your kitchen, your prep, and your standards.

Experience & Certification

  • Baking or kitchen experience is an asset, but not required for the right person
  • A genuine interest in baking and learning is essential
  • A current Alberta Food Safe Handling Certificate is required
  • Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs
