Our Leadership Development Program is designed to develop the next generation of hospitality leaders who are a part of the Hospitality Programs . This program offers participants the opportunity to rotate through multiple facets of a department in an accelerated way, gaining incredible experience in their field while working for Fairmont's Canadian Western Mountain Region. The Program is available at all of the 5 properties in our portfolio, which include: Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and Rimrock Hotel Banff.

Program Details

Duration: 12 or 18 month program, with the opportunity after successful completion of a minimum of 6 months in initial role, to apply to our open positions. If successful the candidate would complete their placement in another department or area that they are qualified based on previous experience, interview, job performance and meeting the qualifications of that role.

Rotations:

  • Rooms (Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Services)
  • Food & Beverage (Restaurants, Coffee shop, Banquets, In Room Dining)
  • Culinary

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of cumulative experience in hospitality, customer service, or experience specifically related to the area you are applying for.
  •  A graduating student of Tourism, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management or Culinary Program or a Recent graduate from one of these programs.
