Job Overview
  1. Supervision and Leadership: Lead and manage the front-of-house team, including servers, bartenders, hosts, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. 
  2. Serving and Bartending: Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS. Ensure that dietary restrictions or allergies, are communicated clearly to kitchen staff. Prepare bar drinks according to established procedures. Ability to step in and help team members when needed. 
  3. Food and Beverage Service: Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly, ensuring that orders are correct and presented well. Check in with customers periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
