Job Overview

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who wants more than just running shifts  someone excited to take ownership of a well loved, fast paced restaurant inside a 100 year old, family run hotel in the heart of Jasper National Park.

This role is hands on and dynamic. You’ll lead front of house operations, mentor a strong service team, collaborate closely with our Chef, and help shape the guest experience from first greeting to last bite. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility, encouraged to bring ideas to the table, and supported as you grow into a long-term leadership role.

Job Requirements

A solution-oriented, optimistic, problem solving personality is first priority! 

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant supervision, or management

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to lead by example during busy service periods

• Comfortable with scheduling, staff training, and daily operations

• Confident working closely with kitchen leadership

• Organized, accountable, and solutions-oriented

• Positive attitude and genuine care for guest experience

• Willingness to relocate to Jasper, Alberta (support provided)

Experience with POS systems, inventory, and cocktail or beverage programs is an asset — but attitude and leadership matter most.
