Job Overview

•     Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
•     Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, wine, cocktails, and specials
•     Take orders accurately and enter them efficiently into the POS system
•     Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and timing
•     Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout their visit
•     Maintain a clean, organized section and support overall dining room flow
•     Handle payments accurately and follow cash‑out procedures
•     Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
•     Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
•     Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned

Job Requirements

•     Minimum 1–2 years serving experience in a fast‑paced restaurant

•     Valid ProServe certification (required)
•     Strong understanding of POS systems, cash‑out procedures, and service flow
•     Wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge; ability to make confident recommendations
•     Strong sense of hospitality and genuine care for guest experience
•     Ability to follow procedures, house policies, and Alberta liquor regulations
•     Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
•     Willingness to work extra shifts during peak tourism months (June–September, holidays)
