• Minimum 1–2 years serving experience in a fast‑paced restaurant
• Valid ProServe certification (required)
• Strong understanding of POS systems, cash‑out procedures, and service flow
• Wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge; ability to make confident recommendations
• Strong sense of hospitality and genuine care for guest experience
• Ability to follow procedures, house policies, and Alberta liquor regulations
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work extra shifts during peak tourism months (June–September, holidays)
