Job Overview

Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and other beverages, following specific recipes and techniques. This includes creating visually appealing latte art and ensuring consistency in drink quality.
Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly manner, accurately take food & beverage orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience. This includes educating customers about the menu and upselling special items.
Deliver Food and Drinks: Ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages, checking that orders are correct and appealing before serving.
Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and equipment. This involves cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment regularly.
Inventory Management: Order, receive, and stock supplies, ensuring that the coffee shop is well-stocked with necessary ingredients and materials.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals and provide support during busy periods.
