What You'll Do:
 Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and
quality standards.
 Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation, including
meats, seafood, vegetables, and sauces.
 Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, ovens, and other
cooking appliances.
 Monitor food cooking temperatures and times, adjusting as needed to achieve desired
results and maintain consistency.
 Coordinate food preparation with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth
operations during busy periods.
 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment,
utensils, and storage areas.
 Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations and standards, including proper
handling, storage, and labeling of food items.
 Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, rotating inventory,
and assisting with ordering as needed.
 Collaborate with kitchen team members to develop new menu items, specials, and
promotions, contributing creative ideas and suggestions.

Position Requirements
English Fluency Level required for position
Intermediate
Job Requirements

 Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or culinary
environment is preferred.
 Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen
equipment operation.
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with attention to
detail and quality.

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with kitchen
staff and maintain a positive work environment.
 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

 line cook experience: 2 years (preferred)
