• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non‑alcoholic beverages according to Olive Bistro’s recipes and presentation standards
• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and in the dining room
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs proactively
• Follow all AGLC regulations and responsible service guidelines
• Support the front‑of‑house team during busy periods, including running drinks and assisting with service
• Participate in menu tastings and stay informed about seasonal offerings, wine selections, and specials
