Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Breakfast Cook to support breakfast service in our gourmet restaurant. This role is ideal for a developing cook eager to learn refined breakfast techniques and work in a professional kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing breakfast dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Execute basic breakfast items such as eggs, sides, and simple plates.
- Perform prep tasks including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support senior cooks during service as needed.
