Job Overview

We are looking to fill a part time position to assist the Jasper Artists Guild with the Production of BUZZFest 2026. The successful applicant will bring a diverse set of skills incuding:

Well Organized

Comfortable with various computer platforms and programs, experience with Amber POS an asset.

Outgoing and personable

Physically capable, Job will involve some set up and tear down for the event

Details: 6 week contract

               20 - hours a week

                Days /Evenings/ and Weekends

Responsibilities and Related Experience:

Gallery Attendance/Sales

Event and Workshop Coordination and Support

Banquet and Catering arrangements

Set Up and Teardown

Equipment Rental and Logistics

Related Experience in Event Management or Arts and Culture is an Asset
