ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing courteous service to all guests
- Able to answer questions about the surroundings, menu and restaurant
- Basic wine knowledge and to be able to guide guests accordingly
- based on food pairing and sweetness levels
- Successfully complete all training programs
- Ability to manage a full section
- Keep all areas clean and orderly
- Ensuring stockrooms and storage are neat and organized at all times
- Manage proper cash and float security during operating hours
- Administer your own cash floats on a daily basis
