Job Overview

We’re looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join
our team. If you live and breathe the outdoors — whether that’s backcountry skiing, trail running,
hiking, or paddling — and you love helping people find the right gear, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
 Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
 Provide expert product advice on outdoor gear, apparel, footwear, and accessories
 Drive sales while delivering an exceptional in-store experience
 Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
 Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized
 Receive and stock inventory with care and attention to detail
 Stay current on new products, brands, and outdoor trends
 Support seasonal promotions, events, and community initiatives

What We’re Looking For
 Genuine passion for the outdoors and an active lifestyle
 Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
 Strong knowledge of outdoor gear categories (hiking, camping, climbing, ski/snowboard,
etc.)
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal retail environment
 Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
 Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons
 First Aid certification is an asset
