We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized station, and working closely with the rest of the kitchen crew to ensure smooth service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Olive Bistro’s standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Assist with prep work including chopping, marinating, and sauce preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and kitchen area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
