Job Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized station, and working closely with the rest of the kitchen crew to ensure smooth service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Olive Bistro’s standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Assist with prep work including chopping, marinating, and sauce preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and kitchen area
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously

Job Requirements

 

  • 2–3 years of cooking experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
