Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused E-bike Rental Attendant to join our team. The attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting and renting e-bikes, and ensuring the safety and maintenance of our rental fleet.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide information about available e-bike models and rental procedures.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate bikes based on their needs and skill level.
- Provide safety instructions and demonstrations on proper e-bike operation.
- Process rental transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the rental bikes.
- Perform routine inspections and repairs or report maintenance issues to supervisor.
- Manage a solar energy system and ensure batteries are sufficiently charged.
- Ensure all rental agreements and waivers are signed and completed correctly.
- Educate customers on local routes, bike safety, and riding etiquette.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Keep the rental area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Additional responsibilities may include tail-guiding and delivering bikes.
