Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management, including checking and storing food supplies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Contribute to menu development and specials as needed.
  • Handle food prep tasks, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
  • Assist in cleaning and closing duties to maintain kitchen standards.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting (1-2 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment operation.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Culinary school diploma or relevant certification is a plus but not required.
  • Food Handler’s Certification (or equivalent) preferred.
