The bistro is located at the main building of Pine Bungalows Resort in Jasper National Park. We are currently seeking a server/bartender with upscale casual dinning experience to join our amazing team of leading professionals in the hospitality industry. This position is ideal for ambitious individuals with a passion for food wine and creating memorable guest experiences.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reports to the Manager/Supervisor, responsibilities and job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional engaging guest service
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine and cocktails
- Guide guest through menu items with informative recommendations
- Follow company policies, procedures and standard
- Have full knowledge of all menu items and preparation methods
- Follow all safety policies when handling food and beverage
- Solid understanding of craft beer.
- Other assigned duties
