We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dinner service team during the upcoming summer season. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, wine & cocktail knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing daily operations in the restaurant, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the evening team to ensure efficient service.
- Manage cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Generating end-of-day reports and closing duties.
- Assist in the training and development of team members to enhance their skills in customer service and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food items.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment.
