As a Captain Server with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our dining experience. In this role you will support the hotel by:
- Take an active role with the training and development of new and existing staff
- Assist management team to develop action plans to improve outlet performance
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Responsible for preparing and serving cocktails and other beverages on a daily basis
- Assist and lead the function team in setting up and tearing down function spaces
- Bus and re-set tables
- Perform opening, cleaning and closing duties
- Other duties as assigned
