Steward

Support a skilled and engaged team as a Steward, where your care and inspection of all flatware, tableware and kitchen equipment will ensure a superior standard. In this role you will support the hotel by:

• Ensure plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots & all cooking utensils are cleaned using the appropriate machinery
• Remove garbage and compost from kitchen
• Follow the duties assigned by shift supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stewarding kitchen areas
• Supply equipment requirements for kitchen and outlets
