s a team our goal is to create an unforgettable, picture-perfect experience for our guests. Your role in that goal is very important! At Jasper Inn & Suites, our Guest Service Team wears most of the hats of a traditional hotel - from reservations specialist to activities director; we do it all.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the Check in and Departure of hotel guests;
  • Answer the hotel phone, both internal and external calls;
  • Be an expert on local and onsite services and be able to provide information about them;
  • Use accurate accounting and cash handling procedures;
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests;
  • Communicate very effectively with all other departments within the hotel;
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of rooms, reservations, and room assignments;
  • Manage reservations made by phone, email and through OTA's;
  • Represent the culture of Copper Point Resort and build repeat guests;
  • Perform other related duties as required by management;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to work different shift hours, and stand for an entire shift;
  • Good computer skills; knowledge of Webrez Pro is preferred, but not a must;
  • Previous Front Desk and/or Customer Service experience is preferred;
  • Relevant education and experience in a hospitality or tourism setting is preferred.
