We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings expertise across multiple marketing disciplines. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and the Regional Digital Marketing Team, you will collaborate on developing and executing digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize the brand’s online presence to drive engagement. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Brand, Digital & Content Strategy
- Lead content creation that brings our transformation to life—curating compelling storytelling across all digital platforms and social media
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that showcase our renovated spaces, immersive guest experiences, and luxury positioning
- Manage our digital presence, including website optimization, OTAs, Google My Business, and SEO strategies to maximize direct bookings
- Collaborate with creative agencies, photographers, and videographers to maintain a high-quality brand aesthetic
Social Media & Engagement
- Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok) with a focus on engagement, brand storytelling, and influencer partnerships
- Develop and execute social media activations and campaigns that align with repositioning milestones and hotel events and activations
- Track and report on social media KPIs, engagement, and campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights
Revenue-Driving Digital Marketing & Creative Assets
- Implement and manage paid digital marketing campaigns (social ads, display, and search ads) in collaboration with revenue management and Regional Marketing
- Build and optimize our hotel’s brand website, microsite, and OTA listings to enhance visibility and bookings
- Design, create, and produce visual assets within Fairmont brand guidelines for digital and print materials, including brochures, e-blasts, event promotions, and property signage
- Oversee email marketing strategy to drive direct bookings and guest engagement
Public Relations Support, Partnerships & Event Marketing
- Work across departments to promote activations, ancillary revenue-driving campaigns and event activations
- Collaborate with PR Manager on influencer stays and press-related events, ensuring the best storytelling opportunities are captured and shared across channels Support cross-department promotions to drive incremental revenue
- Actively participates in committees that support Employee Engagement across the resort
