Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to support daily operations and help lead our team in delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient food preparation and service
  • Monitor food, supply, and labour costs to support budget goals and profitability
  • Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance management
  • Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock rotation
  • Ensure all health, safety, and food sanitation standards are followed at all times
  • Develop and implement kitchen procedures to maintain consistency and quality
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Address operational issues, staff concerns, and customer feedback as needed
  • Support menu planning, event preparation, and service execution
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and efficiency are maintained
  • Other duties assigned

Intermediate
Job Requirements
  • 1–2 years of supervisory or related experience preferred
  • Experience in staff supervision, training, and scheduling
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Food Safety Certification (e.g., Food Safe Level 1 or equivalent) preferred
