We are seeking a dependable and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to support daily operations and help lead our team in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient food preparation and service
- Monitor food, supply, and labour costs to support budget goals and profitability
- Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock rotation
- Ensure all health, safety, and food sanitation standards are followed at all times
- Develop and implement kitchen procedures to maintain consistency and quality
- Conduct staff performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Address operational issues, staff concerns, and customer feedback as needed
- Support menu planning, event preparation, and service execution
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and efficiency are maintained
