The house-persons/ housemen are the public face of the Housekeeping Department. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ·
Cleaning and maintenance of the hotel lobby and all other public and staff areas
- Communicate with front desk staff on guest requirements
- Deliver towels and other items to guest rooms on request
- Assist with baggage handling when required
- Perform duties of room attendant when necessary
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or any other Manager
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour at all times
- Assist guests with any challenges to create a positive and memorable experience
