Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive guest experience. This position involves greeting guests in a warm and professional manner, checking guests in and out efficiently and accurately, and answering incoming phone calls. You will provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, assist with room assignments and reservations as needed, and respond to guest inquiries and requests. The Front Desk Agent is also responsible for handling guest concerns or complaints calmly and professionally while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
