We are seeking a friendly and professional front desk agent to join our team at our hotel in the Canadian Rockies. As the first point of contact for our guests, the front desk agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. At our hotel, we strive to provide everyone with the best experience possible, and the front desk agent plays a key role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in to their rooms
- Handle guest check-outs and process payments
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
- Make reservations and modifications to existing reservations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Update guest accounts and records
- Book tours for guests and coordinate with other departments as needed
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
