Job Overview

Position Overview: The Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the Food and Beverage department, responsible for assisting with overseeing the daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and contributing to financial success. This role involves leading and supervising a team, maintaining operational excellence, and actively managing guest experiences.

 

What the Role Delivers:

Leadership

  • Reflecting the organization's culture and values within the team.
  • Collaborating with the Food and Beverage Manager in planning and setting departmental goals.
    • Assisting with training and coaching while promoting ongoing learning and development among team members.
    • Demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
    • When required, effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities, ensuring smooth workflow or step in to assist as needed.

Operational Excellence

  • Assisting with day-to-day food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and banquet services.
  •  
    • Following established processes and recommending changes to improve service quality and efficiency.
    • Maintaining a clean safe workplace and practices
    • Responsible for leading by example in the consistent delivery of top-notch service.

Guest Satisfaction

  • When required, monitoring guest feedback and taking appropriate actions to address concerns and enhance the guest experience.

 Financial 

  • Where possible, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
    • Identifying and seizing opportunities to generate additional revenue through upselling, promotions, and efficient resource allocation.

  •  High school or equivalent
  • Prefer with pro-serve or equivalent
  • Supervisory Experience 
  • Prefer at least one year F&B serving experience
