Job Overview

Safely operate a variety of fleet vehicles including large coaches, mini-buses, vans, and SUVs
Deliver fun, safe, and informative sightseeing tours in the Canadian Rockies
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and complete digital logs
Share stories and facts about local history, wildlife, and landmarks
Ensure excellent guest experience from pick-up to drop-off
Keep to scheduled itineraries while remaining flexible with guest needs
Handle questions and concerns professionally
Promote partner attractions and online reviews
Communicate effectively with Dispatch and Operations teams

Position Requirements

English Fluency Level required for position

Intermediate

Job Requirements

Valid Class 1, 2, or 4 Alberta driver’s license (or equivalent) with a clean driver’s abstract
Q endorsement (Air Brakes) is an asset
Previous experience in tour guiding, bus driving, or customer service is preferred
Strong public speaking and storytelling abilities
Ability to lift luggage up to 50 lbs
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
English proficiency required; multilingualism is an asset
IGA, ACMG, or interpretive guide certifications are a bonus
