Job Overview

Jasper Social Cycle is hiring energetic, outgoing, and reliable Cycle Hosts to help deliver unforgettable rolling patio experiences through the heart of Jasper. This is not your typical job — your office is outdoors, your coworkers are fun, and every ride is a new social adventure.

As a Cycle Host, you are the face of the experience. You’ll welcome guests, set the vibe, manage onboard service, and ensure every ride is safe, smooth, and seriously fun.

 What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and check in guests before each ride
  • Create a fun, social, high-energy atmosphere onboard
  • Assist with beverage service and guest experience
  • Monitor safety and support the Cycle Driver
  • Help load, clean, and reset the bike between rides
  • Answer guest questions and share local Jasper tips
  • Manage music playlists and help keep the ride flowing
  • Handle basic operational tasks and closing duties

 What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, confident, and naturally social personality
  • Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork skills
  • Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging guests
  • Able to work outdoors in changing mountain weather
  • Physically able to move, stand, and assist during rides
  • Customer service or tourism experience is an asset
  • ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • ProTect certification ( or willingess to obtain)
