COMMUNITY SCHOOL WORKER
Part-time position (9 hours per week)

Job Description:
The community school worker plays an important role in the development of students’ identity formation. Acting as both an inspiring and meaningful role model, they provide authentic experiences that encourage awareness, belonging, and engagement with the Francophone community. They are a cultural leader who highlights the diversity of Francophone culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead a program of artistic, cultural, and recreational activities in collaboration with the school administration and team;
- Coordinate activities, prepare necessary resources, recruit and supervise volunteers;
- Involve students in the design, planning, and promotion of certain activities;
- Serve as a liaison between the school and the Francophone community;
- Participate in field trips, team meetings, and produce required reports;
- Promote a school culture that respects and honors diversity; and
- Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned by their immediate supervisor
