Cafe Supervisor, Forest Park Hotel

The Food and Beverage Supervisor under general direction trains, schedules and directs frontline staff to perform their duties to Guest Experience standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Preparation and verification of daily cash reports
• Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions
• Training staff and ensuring everyone feels confident in their role
• Supervising and supporting on the floor
• Coordinate Food and Beverage orders and inventory
• Update staffs schedule and changes
• Interacts with customers and maintains the highest level of customer service
• Involved in the making of and receiving food / drink orders
• Receive payment for all services provided to the customer
• Listen and respond to customer complaints
• Ensure the work area is clean and organized at all times
• Relieve Servers as required
• Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
• Other duties as assigned
