Answer questions when asked about the surroundings/menu
Know cocktail & drinks menu extensively and able to guide customers accordingly
Use basic wine knowledge to guide customers accordingly – based on food pairing, sweetness levels
Know all food items on menu
Ensuring that all areas are clean and orderly at all times
Ensuring stockrooms and storage are neat and organized at all times
Certify and confirm that SOP’s are followed and completed
Ensuring proper cash and float security during operating hours
Manage your own cash floats on a daily basis

Position Requirements

English Fluency Level required for position

Intermediate

Job Requirements

Basic knowledge on the distilling process of each main spirit group (i.e. vodka, rum, gin, whiskeys )
Proserve qualification
Thrives in a fast paced, high energy work environment
At least 1+ year bar experience with a minimum of 6 months working in a busy restaurant environment
Guest service oriented with a positive, ‘go getter’ attitude
Able to lift at least 15 pounds
Able to stand for long periods of time
Flexible with work schedule (morning & evening shifts)
