Job Overview

•     Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non‑alcoholic beverages according to Olive Bistro’s recipes and presentation standards
•     Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and in the dining room
•     Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
•     Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs proactively
•     Follow all AGLC regulations and responsible service guidelines
•     Support the front‑of‑house team during busy periods, including running drinks and assisting with service
•     Participate in menu tastings and stay informed about seasonal offerings, wine selections, and specials
•     Uphold Olive Bistro’s values of hospitality, consistency, and guest‑focused service

Job Requirements

•     Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, lounge, or bar environment
•     Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
•     Ability to follow recipes consistently while also crafting creative, balanced drinks
•     Experience with POS systems and cash/credit handling
•     ProServe certification required
