As a Barista, you are a key part of our Front of House team, crafting high-quality coffee and beverages while creating a welcoming, energetic space for locals and visitors alike. You’ll work with great equipment, quality beans, and a team that takes coffee seriously but doesn’t take itself too seriously.
You’ll be expected to move with purpose, stay calm when it gets busy, and deliver consistently excellent drinks with speed, accuracy, and care. Great service is second nature to you, and you understand that a good café experience is as much about connection as it is about coffee.
You’ll report to the Manager and be trusted to show up prepared, professional, and ready to contribute every day.
