This is a hands-on baking role in a mountain town where quality, consistency, and teamwork matter.
As a Baker, you play a key role in delivering the baked goods our community and visitors come back for. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality baking with care and precision, while helping keep the kitchen running smoothly, efficiently, and within budget.
This role suits someone who likes early mornings, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys being part of a supportive kitchen team. You’ll work closely with management, Front of House, and fellow bakers to create food that looks great, tastes great, and shows up on time.
You’ll report to the Head Baker and you’ll be trusted to take ownership your kitchen, your prep, and your standards.
