Qualifications & experience:
Your resume and cover letter must clearly describe how you meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Secretarial or Business Administration Diploma (and/or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 2 years of experience with accounting software, preferably Diamond Municipal Software and Management Reporter.
- Experience with Microsoft Office excel and word processing.
- Experience with email and web-based reporting systems.
- Accounts payable and receivable experience considered an asset.
- Equivalencies may be considered on the basis of one year experience for one year of education.
- Candidates with lower qualifications are encouraged to apply and may be considered at a lower classification and pay
